Before you ask

Questions, answered.

Is this coaching?

No. I'm an execution strategist. Coaching explores how you feel about the problem. I find the mechanical reason you're stalled and fix it: regulate, subtract, align, execute. In that order.

What happens on the fit call?

Twenty minutes. I run a diagnostic on where your execution breaks down. If I can help, I lay out the path. If I can't, I tell you straight. No ambush pitch.

What do I actually get?

A forensic audit of your patterns, then a 90-day execution architecture built around your life: your Big 3, 90-minute focus blocks, implementation intentions, and a re-entry protocol for when you fall off. Not a template.

How fast will I see results?

Most people feel the shift in the first two weeks, because we remove drag before adding effort. The full architecture runs 90 days.

I've tried planners and courses. Why is this different?

Those add more to do. I subtract first. Your problem usually isn't discipline, it's drag: the apps, commitments, and habits quietly draining you before you start.

Is this in person or remote?

Remote. Video calls, wherever you are.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Then we find out fast. The fit call itself will tell you if this is your thing. I don't take people I can't help.
