Hey, it’s Antwane Leater here, founder of Be Extraordinary. I’ve always been a dreamer, someone who knew there was something greater waiting out there for me. But let me be real for a second—I wasn’t always the guy you see today, building a business, coaching others, and working to inspire lives. I spent years stuck in the same cycle many of us know too well: procrastination, self-doubt, and the overwhelming thought of, Where do I even start? If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I’m here to tell you that the journey out of procrastination and into progress is not only possible—it’s transformational. Today, I want to share what I’ve learned and how you, too, can start moving from stuck to unstoppable.
Procrastination isn’t laziness—it’s often fear. Fear of failure, fear of success, or even fear of making the wrong choice. I remember sitting on ideas for weeks (sometimes months), convincing myself, I’ll get to it tomorrow. But tomorrow didn’t come until I realized the cost of staying stagnant: missed opportunities, lost confidence, and the sinking feeling that I wasn’t living up to my potential. The turning point came when I looked at my life and said, “Enough.” It wasn’t a sudden epiphany; it was a choice I made every day to show up differently.
I started with small, specific goals. Instead of saying, “I want to grow my business,” I said, “This week, I will finish designing my logo and write one blog post.” This approach gave me a sense of achievement and momentum. Now, I include goal-setting in my daily routine. (Fun fact: My mornings always start with meditation, intention-setting, and exercise—it’s how I stay grounded and focused.) Left to my own devices, I’d often lose focus. So, I built systems to hold myself accountable. Sometimes it was as simple as sharing my goals with a trusted friend or coach. Today, I offer text-coaching services to my clients because I know firsthand how powerful accountability can be. For years, I only focused on what I hadn’t done yet. But when I started celebrating small wins—whether it was finishing a website page or sticking to a daily meditation practice—I realized progress is cumulative. The more you honor it, the more you create.
Today, I’m living proof that you don’t have to stay stuck in procrastination. I’ve built Be Extraordinary to help others like you break free, find clarity, and achieve goals you never thought possible. My mission is to help people create extraordinary lives through mindset shifts, intentional action, and personal accountability. I still have days where I struggle—it’s part of being human—but the difference is, I now have tools to move forward instead of staying stuck.
